After 18 years in business finance, I realized I was unfulfilled and unhealthy. Despite doubts about changing careers at age 38, a layoff in 2007 gave me the push I needed to pursue my passion for health and fitness. I became a Certified Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness, working tirelessly to achieve Master Trainer status in just 18 months—a feat that typically takes 3 years. Gaining certifications in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Weight Management, and TRX, I trained clients for 40+ hours a week while mastering my craft. By 2012, I launched my own training business, helping hundreds of clients transform their health. Along the way, I discovered the power of essential oils, which not only improved client results but also doubled my income. Today, I’m committed to helping health professionals break free from the “hours-for-dollars” model, increase their income, and create a fulfilling career they’re passionate about.

At my first meeting with Mike I soon found that he had integral knowledge that would be beneficial to my health—above and beyond simply strengthening my neglected broken body. We had in-depth conversations about diet and exercise, as well as lesser known, but very effective natural solutions and techniques that significantly helped me through the medical issues I was facing. One example: I have a history of insomnia and have been using a drug with several nasty side effects. After a couple of weeks of using certain essential oils at Mike's recommendation I never needed any sleep medication again.
